Palmolive Fresh Infusions Dish Liquid
About 2 weeks ago I received a box in the mail from my favorite company, Influenster! They sent me a box full of three big, bright, brand new, complimentary dish liquids. I was immediately excited because the colors are very exciting, and the packaging is very different and new compared to the same old brands I am used to. I immediately opened all of them to see if the smells were just as new and exciting.
My favorite scent was the Lime Basil, because it smelled very strongly of gummy worms! The Lemon Thyme was very very refreshing, and probably the one the smelled closest to a dish soap. The Ginger White Tea smells absolutely fabulous and super super sweet, and I love the smell on my dishes afterwards.
Now the most important part, how well they work! Since I do not have a dishwasher, I spend a LOT of time doing dishes by hand, so it is very important to me that the soap does not dry my hands out, and that I am not left with a gross slimy feeling on my hands. Thankfully, I was left with soft, smooth, fresh smelling hands. I used a simple sponge on all my worst pots and pans, and it took me less time than it would have taken with another brand of soap. I was sold.
I shared the Lemon Thyme scent, because my friend does not typically like very very sweet smells, and the Lemon was a nice balance. She enjoyed it, and thought the packaging was very intriguing as well.

Palmolive Fresh Infusions Dish Liquid
FIRST IMPRESSIONS
As soon as I opened the box that I received complimentary from Influenster, I knew that I was in for a treat. There were 3 large dish soap bottles inside, and the colors themselves excited me. I went through, smelling each one hoping to smell that they were vastly different from the dish soaps I had used before, and I was not disappointed. My favorite scent was the Lime Basil, because it smelled very strongly of gummy worms! The Lemon Thyme was very very refreshing, and probably the one the smelled closest to a dish soap. The Ginger White Tea smells absolutely fabulous and super super sweet, and I love the smell on my dishes afterwards. The only problem I experienced was I did not close the Lemon Thyme bottle all the way and it spilled all over the other bottles, HOWEVER it was a breeze to clean up which was fantastic.
Bath & Body Works Fall Mini Candle
I received a complimentary candle in the scent of Pumpkin Cupcake through the Influenster Beauty Box VoxBox program. Not only is pumpkin one of my all time favorite scents for fall, but the strength of this scent is amazing, and does not even have to be lit to smell. I love the tiny size, and the price at $3.50 is unbeatable! Also included was a $10 coupon, which I can’t wait to use.
This candle was developed and tested by their “team of Home Fragrance experts, including the world’s best master perfumers”! The candles burn for approximately 15 HOURS, which is astounding for the size, and is probably due to the highest concentration of fragrance oils, an exclusive blend of vegetable wax and lead-free wicks!

Goody Simple Styles Spin Pin
I recently received a VoxBox from Influenster, full of FREE products to try and review. I was not paid to write this review, and the products were all given to me complimentary of Influenster.
I am a big fan of doing my hair in a top bun, and I do utilize it a lot to keep my hair out of the way. Nothing is worse than when I am trying to do this and my hair tie breaks, and I have no idea where the rest of them are hiding. The Spin Pin is a fantastic solution to this. In 3 easy steps, you have a super secure bun that will last all day, without seeing any bands or pins. Then to top it all off, you simply spin the pin the opposite direction to remove. No hair tugging at all.
A big bonus for me was that it really does last all day, especially with my hair which is as thin as it comes! A lot of products just slide further and further out as the day wears on, but the spin pin held!
I love this product, and I keep the pins in a pocket in my purse at all times! The product claims (and I believe) that these 2 spin pins do the work of 20 bobby pins! They are good for neat, sloppy, side, top, or any other bun you can think of. They’re also good for creating your own style. The packaging even has 3 different style ideas included. This product is genius!

Kiss Ever Pro Lashes Starter Kit
I recently received a VoxBox from Influenster, full of FREE products to try and review. I was not paid to write this review, and the products were all given to me complimentary of Influenster.
Let me start out by saying that I almost never use false eyelashes. However, since I received this box so close to Halloween, I thought it would be a great product to incorporate into my costume. But since I don’t have much experience with false lashes, I was worried that I would not be able to figure out how to correctly apply them. However, this starter kit makes everything so simple and dummy proof, that it took no time at all. Some aspects that I found very cool/helpful.
- 100% human hair. No cheap imitation material here!
- 24 hour hold, latex free glue that comes in a reusable tube instead of a little pouch that tears open.
- ODOR FREE, WATERPROOF.
- Pro Lash Applicator to put the lashes on after glue is applied, keeping your fingertips glue free, and prevents the lashes from bonding to them and coming off your eye when you’re applying them.
- Simple to remove!

NYC New York Color IndividualEyes Custom Compact
I recently received a VoxBox from Influenster, full of FREE products to try and review. I was not paid to write this review, and the products were all given to me complimentary of Influenster.
I was THRILLED when I saw this compact, because I had actually seen it at the store and wanted to buy it but didn’t have enough time to decide. I received the Dark Shadows compact, which is Limited Edition! This compact comes with everything you need to create the look. A applicator brush, primer base, illuminator, highlighter, all over color, and 2 crease/contour colors. I usually only do smokey eyes so this was right up my alley. It is beyond awesome to have everything you need in one compact. The color payoff is amazing, and each color is brilliant. I LOVELOVELOVE this, and priced at $4.99, I will probably be going out to buy the other colors.
The only downfall that I saw in the design is that any leftover fallout color will settle into the primer/illuminator which is not entirely pleasant, but IS avoidable.

EBOOST:
I received one of these packets in my Naturals VoxBox, and I loved it then, so I was thrilled to have another. Not only is this product all natural, but it give you a boost of energy, and a boost of immunity in a delicious orange flavor with no bad after taste. Only 5 calories, you mix it in with water. No sugar, no artificial flavors. Where can you go wrong!

Not Your Mother’s Smooth Moves Frizz Control Hair Cream:
I have pretty processed hair from years of experimenting, leaving my hair a little more frizzy than I appreciate. This hair cream is a dream! It is infused with coconut and silk extracts to leave your hair smelling like coconut, one of my favorite scents for hair, and feeling super smooth and wonderful. I think the packaging is genius, and I just all around love it. I just work this into my hair after a shower, and my hair is left smooth and shiny! Love it!

REVIEW: Influenster.
I am a big fan of surprises, and an even bigger fan of test driving new products. Combine the two, and you get Influenster - a company that takes your interests, lifestyle, and opinions in order to provide you with FREE boxes called VoxBoxes, full of products that fit your own life, in return for your opinion and review.
The first VoxBox I received was called the Love VoxBox, and it was sent to me shortly after my birthday. It was full of amazing products from a new razor, to nail dresses, to tea and chocolate. I had a blast trying out and writing about these products. Then all I had to do was write some reviews on the site, and complete a survey at the end of the trial period. But the products are YOURS. Full size, sample sized, with coupons and gifts to boot. On top of this, every product has a specific challenge that you can complete in order to win even more goodies. This is most commonly to like their social networking sites and write a blog on their products.
Influenster just recently revamped their website, and now it’s super easy to get new badges, which act as points, making it easier for you to influence other people, and more likely to receive another VoxBox. Being on the website is addicting, because you get to read what other people just like you think about new products, but you have the chance to see what these people are like as well.
Overall, I adore Influenster, and I so happy I stumbled upon it when I did. There are a good group of products that I would not have given a chance, or even heard of, had it not been for this site.
CleanWell Natural Hand Sanitizer Wipes
I recently received some complimentary CleanWell Natural Hand Sanitizer Wipes in my Influenster Naturals VoxBox 2012 for FREE, to test out, evaluate, and report back on.
I immediately thought these were great because of the all natural, mild ingredients to kill germs and clean up.
The first thing I noticed about these wipes is that they were labeled ‘for hands and face’ which I was skeptical about. Most hand wipes I have used previously are super pungent and not something I would want on my face, near my eyes nose or mouth. However, underneath this label it says ‘Alcohol Free’, so I pushed my preconceived notions to the back of my head. The next part of the labeling that I really enjoyed was the ‘Never tested on animals’ note. This meant a lot, and I knew that I would be very inclined to purchase this product if it turned out to be a good one.
Next, I went in at full force and went outside with my dogs for a while. After coming in, my hands were gross, dirty, slobbered on, and smelled like the dogs did. I opened one of the wipes, and went to work. Not only is the wipe extremely soft, but it smells incredible, not like any hand sanitizing wipe I have ever used before. They left my hands feeling like I had just used lotion and more importantly, CLEAN!
I would definitely recommend this product, especially if you have kids and need an all in one product that makes life a little easier.
